Pricing on Wholesale Items
The low, wholesale price of our items
allows our customers to make a nice profit upon resale.
Items are typically offered at or below half the retail
price. Differences in this ratio take into account the time
and effort required to create some products, as well as our
initial cost price in the manufacturing process. We include
a suggested retail price in each product section to make it
easier for retailers to gauge the potential profit margin
available.
Minimum
Order Amount
We do have a minimum order requirement
of $100 to discourage personal shopping. However the ways
you meet this total are up to you, for there is no minimum
quantity on any individual item. This means that you may
order many of one product, or one of many products, so long
as the minimum order subtotal meets $100.
Placing Your Order
Our online shopping system utilises a
safe and secure "Add to Cart" method. Simply browse the
products listed in the menu to the left of the screen,
decide which items you want to purchase, enter the quantity
of each you would like in the box provided beneath each
item, and then click "Add to Cart". Quantities may also be
altered from within the cart. Please be sure that you are
browsing products in the correct currency, as you cannot add
items to the cart from multiple currencies. Read more

Currencies and Payment Methods: Which
Options to Choose
As an Australian based company with many
customers in the US and abroad, Kirstin Mills Fairy and Fantasy
Art Wholesale operates in both Australian Dollars (AUD) and US
Dollars (USD). Australian customers must pay in AUD (which is
GST inclusive), while US and all other customers must pay in USD.
To switch between currencies on this site, simply go the
"Currency" option at the top of the menu to the left of each
page and select USD (the default currency) for all international
(Non-Australian) orders, and AUD for all Australian customers.
You only need to set the currency once to affect all pages
browsed afterwards.
There are several payment options
available. All customers may pay by credit card (the quickest
and easiest option) by selecting the PayPal/Credit Card option
during checkout. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay with credit card.
Credit card payments through this site
are processed with PayPal's secure
system, which means that they are processed
instantly, and the credit card details
are never in our possession. If there is
a problem with your order, or an item is
out of stock, you will be informed and
given options or refunded.

Direct Debit, Personal/bank cheques or
money orders are accepted ONLY for
Australian customers. These payments must be received
and cleared before your order is shipped.
Shipping
Costs and Methods
Several different shipping
methods are available. Within Australia,
customers may select either Standard Post (1-5
day delivery), or Express Post (next day
delivery to certain zones).
International customers may select either Air Mail (generally
6-10 business days from Australia), or EMS International
Express Courier (2-4 days).
Shipping is calculated by weight
automatically by the shopping cart. You
can review shipping costs in the
shopping cart before committing to
ordering by adding products to your
cart, selecting your shipping option and
clicking the Recalculate button.
IMPORTANT- Only the Express
options are traceable once they are
sent. While all possible care is taken
when packaging items to ensure a safe delivery to you, Kirstin
Mills Fairy and Fantasy Art Wholesale cannot be held responsible
for damage to or loss of goods once posted.
Taxes and
Customs
All customs and taxes which may be
incurred on importing goods into a
country are the responsibility of the
buyer. If you are concerned about taxes
or customs, please check with your local
authorities before ordering.
Order Filling and Lead
Times
While most products from Kirstin Mills
Fairy and Fantasy Art Wholesale are handmade
and custom made to order, all items
displayed may generally be considered "in stock". Usually, your
order will be shipped within 3-5
business days of placing your
order. However, larger orders, in demand
items that are being restocked, and
periods of high sales can cause delays
in order fulfillment. If your order is
going to be delayed for more than 5 days
before shipping you will be notified.
Q: Can you send me any Samples?
A: We are happy to send free samples of
our products for review to retail stores
interested in purchasing from our
wholesale range. Please contact us to
request samples, with details about your
business.
Q: Do you
have a printed catalogue?
A: Due to the large range of designs and
products, and the constant addition of
new products, a printed and current
catalogue is difficult to keep. However this
website does contain our entire range of
products for easy online ordering.
Q: I saw a
product on your Retail website
that isn't on the wholesale site. Will
it be made available for wholesale?
A: While we try to offer as much of our
range as possible at wholesale prices, some items require a
lot of time with many hand made
components, or have a high production
cost that prohibits selling at wholesale rates. If you are
particularly interested in a certain retail product not offered
for sale through this wholesale site, please contact us to see
what might be done.
Q: Can I sell
your products online or on EBay?
A: Yes! You may sell these products on EBay
and online. If you sell on EBay, please
mention in your sales that it is
Official Kirstin Mills Merchandise, to
avoid confusion with counterfeit or
copyright infringing EBay sales, which
risk investigation and termination through EBay's Vero program.
Q: Can I use any of your online images or
descriptions to promote my product?
A: Yes! You may use any of the product images
and descriptions from this website to
promote the items to sell, as long as
you have placed, or are intending to place an order with us.
Please right click and save the images and information to your
hard drive, and then reupload them to your own server. Please do
not link directly to our images, as this quickly uses up our
valuable bandwidth!

While throughout this website we aim to
provide the most accurate representation of our
product, some product designs may
occasionally differ slightly from the website images.
Information
about Art Prints, Packaging and Sizes
All art prints are quality archival
prints that are both water and light
resistant, tests showing that they will
last upwards of 75 years in direct
sunlight before fading. They are also printed on UV protected
heavyweight semi-gloss paper, yielding
fantastic colour
that will last a life-time. Prints
come professionally presented, packaged
in a crystal clear acid free sleeve with
recycled acid free cardboard backing
board. This board protects the artworks
and allows them to be rigid enough to
stand on display. All prints come with a
decorative and informative note about
the artwork and the print.
Print Sizes
The actual size of the
printed artwork within the
paper sizes given may vary
between designs depending
upon the shape and size of
the original artwork. All prints have a
white border around the
actual printed artwork area,
for ease of matting and
framing, within which is
printed the name and size of the
artwork, for a clear, decorative
