How to order from Fairy Art Wholesale

Ordering from our range of wholesale fairy and fantasy art and gifts is a quick and simple process. Simply follow the steps below and if you need any more assistance or have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Step One: Select a Product Category to browse.
To select a product category to browse, simply choose from the list of product links in the left-hand side menu of this website. Clicking on any one of them will take you to that product page and display all of our available products of that category. When you're done here, simply select a different category.

To make our large range easy to navigate your way through, we have divided our store into three departments: Fairy and Fantasy Art, including all art and products of this theme plus the Fairy Inspirations CD range; Cat and Wildlife Art, including all of our cat and wildlife art products; and All Art Designs, which combines both of the previous ranges into a single, easy-to-browse catalog for the store owner who likes it all! To change between departments, simply select from the tabs at the top of each page.

Using the Search Box:
Another way to view our products is by using our Search Tool. In the search box at the top of the lefthand menu, type in your search term and press the "Go" button to reveal all the products relating to that search term. You can search by product type (e.g "greeting cards"), artwork title (e.g "The Key" for all products featuring 'The Key'), materials, colour, design, symbols, themes, holidays (e.g "Christmas" or "Valentine's Day") or anything you wish. Any product relating to that search term will show up in the results.

Step Two: Adding Products to your Cart
To add a product to your cart (your order) simply enter your desired quantity of this item in the "Qty" box and then click the "Add to Cart" button displayed under that product. You will then be redirected to your cart where you can see all of its current contents and modify your shipping details. To keep shopping, either select "Continue Shopping" from the shopping cart link or simply select another category from the menu. Some products will have several options to choose from, such as our Art Prints or Jewelry items. Simply use the drop-down selectors to choose which option you would like, enter your desired quantity in the box and then click the "Add to Cart" button.

Allowing Us to Choose your designs for you:
If you prefer a more simply way of shopping from only our best-selling images and products, then a great way to shop is from our range of Mixed Artwork Packs. To do this, go to our Best-Sellers and Packs page and then order from our range of products, being sure to enter your desired quantity. We will select from only our best-selling artwork designs to save you time and worry! Then simply complete your order as below.

Step Three: Completing your order and checking out.
When you have finished browsing our products and adding your items to the shopping cart, it is time to checkout. To do this, select "View Your Cart" from the Shopping Cart displayed in the top righthand menu. You will be taken to your shopping cart where you will have a chance to review all of the items in it. When you are happy with your order, select your desired shipping option from the Shipping drop-down menu. There are options for Australian customers, and options for international customers. Please be sure to select the correct option to avoid delays in processing your order. We may contact you before your order ships with updated shipping costs. We will do this as quickly as possible to save you hassle. Shipping costs may be less than those displayed, in which case you will be issued with a refund of the extra costs.
When you have selected your shipping, select "Proceed to Checkout" from the links at the bottom of the cart and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Step Four: Join our Newsletter so you don't miss out on savings and specials!
While you are waiting for us to receive and process your order, don't forget to sign up to our free Newsletter to receive our email updates when new art and products are added to the site, as well as when we hold special member-only sales and discount specials! Use the form in the righthand menu column or go to our Newsletter page to sign up.

Step Five: Enjoy your products!
Once you have placed your order, we will get straight into packing and shipping it for you. Please allow up to two weeks for processing your order, especially if you have ordered large or detailed products. We will send you an email to let you know when your order has shipped. Once it has arrived, all that's left to do is enjoy your order and watch the smiles and expressions of excitement on your customer's faces when they see our beautiful products!
